Swag Bucks – Search Your Way to Extra Income Online?
One of the blogs I read each day was promoting this site as an additional way to earn extra money online. I am always researching things on the internet so I thought I would give it a try. It will be even better if I can actually make a few dollars in the process.
SwagBucks is a simple concept that involves four basic steps.
- Sign Up – It truly takes 3 minutes and you are not required to enter your social security number or other such information.
- Search – Perform basic searches within the websites toolbar. You can download one to work seamlessly with either Firefox or Explorer.
- Earn – Swag Bucks are earned periodically. I usually can win between 1 and 3 swag bucks during any one hour. It is hard to win more than once per hour.
- Redeem – Trade in your Swag Bucks for Exclusive Prizes from their store. This site actually has items that a normal individual would use. For example, 408 Swag Bucks will earn you a $50 Best Buy gift certificate and 350 Swag Bucks will earn you an ExxonMobile $25 gas card. These are items that I buy and use each month anyways, so in my book they are as good as cash.

* Use Swagbucks to Vist your Favorite Sites – Search for your favorite sites through the Swag Bucks toolbar. You are going there anyways, so why not try and win while doing so?
* Don’t Oversearch – In my experience you can only win a few times per day (somewhere in the range of 2 to 5 times). According to the Swag Bucks website, only your first 20 searches give you a chance to win. After that, you most likely will not win.
* Sign Up Your Friends and Family! - This is the easiest way to earn more Swag Bucks. Get your friends to sign up and you can share in their wins.

DEFINITELY get your friends and family to sing up -that’s the trick to really increasing your swab bucks, since you win whatever they win for the first 100. Best thing about the site is that you are using it as your internet search provider – something you would be doing anyway, except now you win great stuff.
