If you are a regular reader of experimental blogging you know that I write articles for eHow on a regular basis. And by regular, basically I write an article whenever I can squeeze out a free hour or so. I tend to be a slow writer. A real slow writer!

As most successful eHow writers will tell you, you need to have around 100 articles published before you start to see consistent earnings. As of Saturday morning, I had 48. While this is not too bad, I really need to publish more if I want to increase my passive income. As such, I performed a little mini-eHow experiment Saturday afternoon.

My original goal was to write 12 articles in 12 hours. Like I mentioned before, I am a slow writer.

I basically locked myself in the spare bedroom, cranked up the computer and got to work. I must admit that I tend to get distracted pretty often. It is nothing for me to spend an hour reading and posting comments on my friends’ articles. On Saturday, I stayed focused and actually published 10 articles.

Overall, I am satisfied my the results. 10 new articles is not to sneeze at. I probably could have finished more if I did not stop every 20 minutes or so to play with my son (which is my favorite thing to do in the world). Perhaps I should have gone to the library, or bookstore, where I would not have been distracted. Maybe next time.

Oh yeah. While surfing eHow’s forums the other night, I learned that Anthony has reduced the price of his eHow eBook by 50% until Christmas. Anthony is another well-respected wHow author has totalled figured it out. His book is packed with useful tips and shortcuts that will allow you to make more money on eHow. The coupon is EHOW.
