Moving Name Servers Takes Time
Passive Income Challenge – Day Two
I hate all of the administrative stuff that has to be done when creating new niche sites. Besides the time it takes to do proper keyword research and secure the domain name, you also have to move your nameservers, install your domains (if you are using addon domains) and install wordpress (if you are using wordpress).
Today I spent four hours moving my nameservers from GoDaddy to Hostgator. Normally this process would not take as long but I am currently working on a DSL connection, which is so slow! Not to mention that I had to move 25 domain names
It feels good to have all of them moved to my hosting platform. Tomorrow I should be able to start adding the domain names so that I can begin building these sites. I am going to install wordpress one site at a time, so that google won’t accidentally stop by and index my site before it is ready.
I am pumped about getting these sites up and running. 25 new domain names was a HUGE investment (almost $200) for me and I am curious to see how quickly I can turn those domains into part of my money making army of passive income soliders.
Not much to report today as far as income goes.
Clickbank – $33 sale
Amazon – 3 sales at $0.10 each (someone bought some songs – mp3s I think)
I’m Out!
